HI! I'M HAYLEE
My name is Haylee Johnson, I am a Wedding and Lifestyle Photographer located in Tryon, NC, right outside of Asheville. If you can't tell, I am a lover of color! I am a total people person and my southern roots run deep. Speaking of that, I'll probably call you hunny during our shoot (as in, "step right here for me, hunny").
When I am not taking photos, you'll find me spending time with my amazing little family of 4 and our 3 pups. I am a total homebody, but I also love our Summer beach vacations! I am a woman of faith, who champions inclusion and equality. I work for all clients of every race and sexual orientation. I believe in creating a space where everyone feels seen, valued, and celebrated.
I love to hype others up, and I'll probably make you laugh during our session. Making people laugh in front of my lens is what brings out those genuine smiles we all love!

My Story & My Style
I love being a mom more than anything. Motherhood was truly my dream growing up, and I'm so glad I get to experience this role -especially after the struggle we went through to grow our family. Our second daughter is adopted, and we wouldn't have it any other way. She's absolutely perfect, and I now understand why God made us wait. My girls inspire me to pick up my camera, even if my phone, to snap and preserve each memorable moment. They are growing so fast, and time flies way too fast for this mama.
My photography style is bold, warm, and true to color. I love capturing the in between moments, as well as the perfectly posed family photo.
I specialize in capturing the magic of sunset moments, genuine smiles, and sweet kisses in breathtaking locations. Living in such a beautiful place inspires me to create stunning memories for you and your loved ones.
